Common error codes on Cash N Go Triton ATMs:
Error Code 33 - Feed Failure
Similar to Error Code 182. Ensure the dispenser is clear of any blockages,
refill the cash cassette and reset the error.
Error Code 101 - Bill Jam or Out of Cash
SInspect the dispenser for ripped or torn bills. Reset the automatic
teller machine (using the on/off button) and reset the error.
Error Code 151 - Electronic Journal Full
If you have not been printing your Electronic Journals regularly, the
ABM / ATM will not erase its Journal memory. Although the EJ can store
data for up to 2500 transactions, many merchants find it simpler to
print their EJ daily (or whenever they close out their machine).
Error Code 182 - Currency Cassette Low
Your cash machine has dispensed all of the money before the low currency
sensor told the ATM to stop dispensing. Reload the cash cassette and
reset the error.
Error Code 195 - Receipt Paper Low
Change the receipt roll and reset the error. Remember to call Cash N
Go for more receipt rolls once you have used your last one!
Error Code 196 - Card Reader Failure
Your card reader may have to be replaced. On average, card readers last
for three years, but blockages, heavy use, spilled drinks or excessive
dirt can shorten their life.
