Available Position: Account Executive

Anticipated Start Date: Immediately

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Sales team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role reports to the VP, Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities of the candidate will include:

  • Outside sales and customer sales support
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Develop programs that assist in the penetration of key accounts
  • Actively use ACT! (CRM) to manage sales funnel
  • Develop and execute a tactical sales plan to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Re-new existing contracts with current customers
  • Achieve Excellent customer satisfaction ratings
  • Quotation preparation
  • Proposal preparation
  • Order write-up/preparation
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by VP, Sales and Marketing

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven track record in direct sales and sales territory management (3-5 years sales experience)
  • Ability to work independently to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks with limited direction in a dynamic environment where priorities can change rapidly
  • Attention to detail with the ability to be thorough and complete
  • Someone who works well in a team environment to meet customer requirements. (eg. Sales Support, Contract Management, Technical Services Support)

Required skills include:

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite especially with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve, multi-task and meet deadlines when needed
  • Post secondary education is an asset

Reporting to the president, the Sales Co-ordinator is responsible for leading a team of experienced sales staff to achieve sales targets across Canada.

Based in our Edmonton corporate office, the successful person must bring the following attributes to our team:

  • Leadership to your immediate staff as well as to all levels of the organization
  • Creating and building a positive and collaborative team in the sales department and with other departments.
  • Lead and participate in Business Planning, client assessments, marketing strategies and identifying key target segments.

Title: Service Co-ordinator

Cash N Go, a leader in ATM placements and monitoring, has an exciting opportunity for a Service Co-ordinator.

Reporting to the president, the Service Co-ordinator is responsible for leading a team of experienced technicians across Canada to achieve service excellence.

Based in our Edmonton corporate office, the successful person must bring the following attributes to our team:

  • Flexible personality, able to build, supervise and maintain a good team of service technicians.
  • Liaise with various technical groups, both internal and external.
  • Ability to effectively solve service issues directly and build customer relations.
  • Conduct hiring activities and schedule work based on customer demands.
  • Effectively manage inventory levels.
  • Good computer skills, spreadsheets and in-house inventory systems.
  • Coordinating and deploying machine placements for special events.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely for billing purposes.
