The Authorized Service Technician (AST) Program at Access Cash offers training and certification for the maintenance and service of our entire line of ATMs. While performing maintenance for ATMs, you will receive the following benefits and support:

Qualified Maintenance For ATMs
ASTs provide technical services to troubleshoot, repair, replace or upgrade components for our Access Cash ATMs. These include:
- Printer testing and basic repair
- Keyboard / card reader / LCD trouble shooting
- Power supply issues
- Cash dispenser diagnostics and basic repairs
- Assisting in ATM programming
Job Prerequisites For The Authorized Service Technician Program
- Excellent customer service skills
- Participation in service and technical training offered by Access Cash
- Mobile communications, email account and access to high-speed Internet
- Possess the necessary tools and equipment to provide the service (as equipment will vary, this will be determined on an individual basis during the interview process)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
